Shipping
We ship via USPS to locations within the Continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.
You can expect your order to ship out within 48 hours of placing it, and you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Returns
We offer store credit only for items purchased online. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. To qualify for store credit, the returned items must:
- Be in original, undamaged, and unworn condition with tags attached.
- Be received within 14 days from the day you received your order (this policy starts from the initial delivery attempt).
After 14 days, we can no longer accept returns or issue credits. We recommend inspecting and trying out all items as soon as you receive them to ensure they meet your expectations. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, feel free to contact us prior to purchase.
Store Credit:
Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card, sent to the email address used at checkout once your return is processed. Allow 5 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not provide return shipping labels. A 15% restocking fee applies to orders refused at delivery.
To request a return, email us at team@lakeeffectsboutique.com before sending your item. Please include your original packing slip or a copy of your receipt in the return package.
Step 1: Email us at team@lakeeffectsboutique.com to notify us of your intent to return the item(s).
Step 2: Ensure your return falls within the 14-day period from when you received your order.
Step 3: Send the item back with the original packing slip or receipt inside the package. Please note that any returned items arriving after the 14th day will be sent back to the customer.
